About the Event
Hard work, dedication, committment, and a desire to get better are qualities needed for this camp. You do not want to miss this intense push towards improvement. Goaltenders will join Nolan Schaefer as he empties the tank every day with the purpose of preparation and conditioning in order for you to become the backbone of your team.
Monday - Friday Schedule
7:00am - Report
7:15am - Video
7:45am - Warm up
8:30am - 9:00am - Straight Grind Skating
9:00am - 10:00am - Game Situation Training
10:30am - 11:00am - Break/Snack
11:00am - 12:00pm - Work Out
Bring active clothes and your hard hat - TIME TO GO TO WORK!!!
