Calling All Goaltenders - CSD 100

Join former NHL goaltender Nolan Schaefer for this one week half day camp.  Learning or maintaining the foundations of goaltending is the key to future success in our fast paced game.  Nolan will take you through the week of grinding these foundations into each and every goatender throughout the week.

Movement, Angle, Depth and Square take the center stage of our focus with exciting video content, learniing how to WORK your way to a better eccperience in your game, with a whole lot of fun!!!  Any age welcome, goaltenders will be grouped by age and playing level.

Schedule Monday through Friday.

7:00am - Registration/Arrival

7:30am - Video Into or Daily Focus Content

8:30am - 9:00am - Movement related training

9:00am - 10:00am - Station Training

10:30am - 11:00am - Change and Snack

11:00am - 12:00pm - Off Ice Training and Games

12:00pm - Pick up

Students should bring a change of active clothing and a sack lunch or snack.
